Confessions of a Book Addict
My name is Dayla F.M. and I'm a writer in the works. While writing is my first love, reading is a close second. I've spent most of my life reading. Young Adult, Literary Fiction, Suspense, Horror, Post-apocalyptic, Chick Literature, Romance, Mystery, Mythology. I've read a bit of everything.
Follow me as I FINALLY write honestly about the books I'm currently reading. I'm writing this mostly too because I'm hoping to accomplish my goal of reading ONE HUNDRED books this year (2012-2013). Just watch and see me comment on these books. I'll let you know what's worth reading, what's worth putting on the sidelines, and what you shouldn't even attempt.
I'm ready for this year, how about you? I'm also in the process of writing my first novel (SCARY!)
Currently Reading: Dark Inside by Jeyn Roberts
Currently Reading: The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien
Any pictures that I post are not mine (unless I state otherwise). I also don't do promotions because I want to keep my blog as much about books, writing, and authors (and my experiences with all three) as possible, so please don't ask, I will delete messages asking me to promote and ignore such requests, sorry!

Reading makes immigrants of us all. It takes us away from home, but
more important, it finds homes for us everywhere.

The time to read is any time: no apparatus, no appointment of time and place, is necessary. It is the only art which can be practised at any hour of the day or night, whenever the time and inclination comes, that is your time for reading; in joy or sorrow, health or illness.

When you have mastered numbers, you will in fact no longer be reading numbers,
any more than you read words when reading books. You will be reading meanings.
